Chicago Container Permit Fee
The City of Chicago has reduced the fees, which became law April 1, 2009. Along with your feedback, the Chicago haulers and Flood Brothers Disposal concerns, the city container fee charges have been reduced!
Each account serviced in the City of Chicago will be assessed a Container Permit Fee for each refuse container. This charge is imposed by the City of Chicago.

| 1 to 2 cubic yard container | $96 /year |
| 2 to 10 cubic yards | $189 /year |
| Over 10 cubic yards | $492 /year |
| Recycling | No fee |
