Refuse/Garbage and Recycling  Collection

As an alternative to the sticker option, Flood Brothers offers refuse cart service plan options.  Available refuse cart sizes are 95, 65 and 35 gallons.  Materials outside of a refuse cart still require a sticker.  A recycling cart will be provided for those residents subscribing to refuse cart service as part of their plan.  Recycling carts include 95 and 65 gallon options, with a 35 gallon container available exclusively for seniors.  Each single family home that utilizes the sticker program has an option to add recycling carts at an additional fee.  Recyclables are collected on your pickup day and must contain only acceptable items to be recycled.  Recyclables that contain regular household waste will not be collected. Recyclable materials do not need to be separated, only rinsed to remove food residue prior to pickup.  Please place items loose in the cart, not inside of paper or plactic bags.  A complete list of acceptable and unacceptable recyclables can be found here.
